Jennifer Knowles, Ph.D is an experienced international consultant and facilitator, and more recently, a writer, speaker, and an Adjunct Professor. She is a passionate change agent who brings an extensive knowledge of education, experience, and knowledge to help you and your organization reach maximum potential. She has worked with both public and private organizations, both small and large.
Jennifer is a lifelong learner and earned a Ph.D in Organizational Learning, Performance and Change from Colorado State University where she now teaches Ph.D students. Her research focused on professional women, leadership, and the challenges women face balancing family and career. Jennifer’s love of writing stems from her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Michigan. She also holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development, is a Registered Corporate Coach, an NLP Practitioner, and has both a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Lean Certification.
In 2018, her family’s life took a new path when her kids’ neighborhood lemonade stand for charity was shut down by police due to lack of permits and a complaint. Her story’s family went viral and Jennifer put her change background into action under the platform Lemonade Stand Mama. Her advocacy work was featured nationally. She successfully got the Denver laws changed is currently working to support kids’ entrepreneurship activities in Colorado and across the country. In January 2019, 5280 Magazine named Jennifer as a “Disrupter,” who is changing the face of Denver.
